Refunds Returns Exchange Policies

We do not accept exchanges.

We offer refunds on items returned within 14 days in original condition minus a 20% restocking fee. The shipping fee is non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at prettywarmdesigns@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Items purchased on sale or with a discount coupon are final.
